Ardallie Community Pavilion
Managed by:
Ardallie Football Club
Project Description
The project is to construct a new multi-purpose pavilion at Ardallie Football Club with changing rooms, shower facilities, storage space and additional meeting facilities for use by the wider community. The current pavilion, which is not fit for purpose due to its poor condition, will be demolished.
The new fit for purpose facility will enable existing and new user groups in the community to make full use of the area and the adjacent sports facility.
Quote from Participating Organisation
John Finnie, President of Ardallie Football Club, said:
“The Ardallie Community Project Group is absolutely delighted to receive LEADER funding towards the new Community Pavilion. Because we are a small rural community, raising funds is always very challenging. The LEADER grant will have a big impact on the local community. With the proposed closure of the local primary school building, this new facility will be a vital community resource for the local area.”
