Project Description

The project relates to the employment of an Officer over a 5 month period to promote the wider use of resources at Haddo in terms of cultural arts.  A Key element will be the establishment of the Haddo Foundation which will focus on ways of widening the participation of opportunities for Haddo.  The project will work towards developing a business plan for the Haddo Foundation and will be a pre-cursor to the development and action plan for the future.

Obtaining LEADER funding was a great encouragement to us as we take our first steps towards our goal of establishing the Haddo Foundation to develop the arts at Haddo.  We will now be able to build a programme of events over the coming months and widen the scope of events and the involvement of local folk and organisations with an interest in the arts at this wonderful venue.
